压力与心理弹性对内地高校维吾尔族大学生社会适应的影响

摘　　要：采用问卷法探讨401名在内地高校学习的维吾尔族大学生的压力、心理弹性与社会适应的现状以及三者间的关系。结果表明:内地高校维吾尔族大学生的压力水平总体较低,心理弹性和社会适应的总体水平较高;社会适应的年级差异显著;压力、心理弹性和社会适应之间两两相关显著;压力和心理弹性能够显著预测社会适应;心理弹性在压力和社会适应间起到部分中介作用。The study explores the present situation and the relationship between stress, resilience and social adaptation of 401 Uighur college students in inland universities via a questionnaire survey. The results show that the stress level of Uighur college students in the inland is lower, and the psychological elasticity and social adaptation are higher. There are significant differences in the grades of social adaptation;the relationship between stress, psychological elasticity and social adaptation is significant. Stress and psychological elasticity can significantly predict social adaptation;psychological elasticity acts as a medium between stress and social adaptation.
