摘　　要：文章通过对优质鸡的内涵、优质鸡与快大型肉鸡营养成分的差异、优质鸡产业化发展现状的分析,进一步分析优质鸡产业化存在的良种繁育、肉质评定、饲养管理、品牌创建等问题,针对相关问题探讨了相应的解决措施及建议,为优质鸡产业化的健康发展提供思路。This paper reviewed the connotation of high-quality chicken, the difference of nutrient composition between high-quality chicken and broiler chicks, and the present situation of industrialization development of highquality chicken, the problems existing in industrialization of high-quality chicken, such as breeding, meat quality evaluation, feeding management and brand creation, and the corresponding solutions and suggestions were dis. cussed in view of the relevant problems, to provide ideas for the healthy development of high-quality chicken indus. trialization.
