摘 要:通过对集材机行走系统的研究,设计了一台三角履带式集材机。介绍了集材机整机结构、三角履带结构,并分析计算了牵引力、功率。利用MATLAB对车辆稳定性进行分析,发现降低质心高度、减小质心偏移距离、增加轨距可提高车辆稳定性。计算得出其空载纵向上、下坡最大行驶坡度分别为38.4°、33.2°,满载时分别为37.6°、38.1°,横向匀速直线和匀速转弯最大行驶角度为26.4°、22.8°。利用Adams对坡度为25°时车辆上、下坡及横向直线行驶运动进行仿真,结果表明:车辆有良好的爬坡能力和行驶稳定性。该研究对集材机的发展有一定参考意义。A triangular crawler skidding machine was designed by studying the self-propelled system of the skidding machine. The whole structure of the skidding machine and the structure of the triangle crawler were introduced. The tractive force and power were analyzed and calculated. By using MATLAB to analyze the vehicle stability, it was found that reducing the height of the center of mass, reducing the offset distance of the center of mass and increasing the gauge can improve the stability of the vehicle. The maximum uphill and downhill slope at no load are 38.4°and 33.2°,and the slope are 37.6°and 38.1°at full load. The maximum driving angle of transverse uniform line and uniform turn are 26.4°and 22.8°. Adams was used to simulate the uphill, downhill and transverse straight motion of the vehicle when the slope was 25°. The results showed that the vehicle will have a slight abrupt change and complete the motion successfully when the slope changes. This research has certain reference significance to the development of skidding machine.
