乡村振兴战略背景下农村教师队伍建设的困境之思与解决之道

摘　　要：党的十九大工作会议中指出,乡村振兴战略应优先发展乡村地区教育事业,高度注重乡村师资队伍建设工作,推进构建以整体推进、以城带乡、均衡发展、城乡一体的乡村教育机制。统筹城乡教学资源,加大师资倾斜力度,努力建好乡村师资队伍。本文结合乡村振兴战略的含义,探析乡村振兴战略与乡村教学的关系,并针对乡村教师队伍构建困境,提出科学合理的解决方法。The Party’s 19th National Congress of Work pointed out that the rural revitalization strategy should give priority to the development of education in rural areas,attach great importance to the construction of rural teachers,and promote the con-struction of rural education with overallpromotion,urban development,balanced development,and urban-rural integration mechanism.This paper combines the meaning of rural revitalization strategy,explores the relationship between rural revitalization strategy and rural teaching,and puts forward a scientific and reasonable solution to the predicament of rural teachers.
