摘　　要：教师信息化教学能力与运用水平是推动教育信息化进步的重要因素。培养与提升高校教师信息化教学能力与运用水平是促进高校信息化水平和教师信息化能力可持续发展的关键因素和重要举措。本文分析现阶段在线教学背景下高校教师信息化教学能力和运用水平的现状,构建了基于“培训与运用、竞赛与训练、网络资源建设与校本资源协同建设、效能与反思”相结合的四位一体的高校教师教学信息化水平与能力提升策略,并对教学信息化内涵与教学信息化现状进行了详细的探讨,提出了有效提升教师信息化教学能力与水平的策略,旨在为当前高校教师信息化教学能力与运用水平的培养与提升提供借鉴。Teachers'informationized teaching ability and application level are important factors to promote the progress of education informatization.The cultivation and promotion of higher vocational colleges teachers'informationized teaching ability and application level is the key factor and important way to promote the informationization teaching level of higher vocational colleges and the sustainable development of teachers'informationized teaching ability.This paper discussed the connotation of teaching informatization in detail,analysed situation of teachers'informationized teaching ability and application level under the back-ground of online teaching in higher vocational colleges,and constructed“four-in-one”effectively strategies:the combination of training and application,competition and training,network resources construction and school-based resources collabo-rative construction,efficiency and reflection.This paper hopes to provide reference for the cultivation and improvement of the current college teachers'informatization teaching ability and application level.
