教育培训对农民工犯罪倾向性的影响:基于市民化的中介作用

摘　　要：基于教育培训非货币收益的视角,依据苏州市农民工的微观调查数据,实证分析了教育培训对农民工犯罪倾向性的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:(1)教育培训对农民工市民化具有正效应,即农民工市民化水平会随着教育培训水平的提高而提升;(2)教育培训对农民工犯罪倾向性具有负效应,即农民工犯罪倾向性会随着教育培训水平的提高而降低;(3)农民工市民化部分中介了教育培训对犯罪倾向性的负效应,即在控制教育培训的情况下,农民工市民化水平越高,其犯罪倾向性越低;(4)在结构关系模型中,中介效应和直接效应占总效应的比例分别为41.85%、58.15%。在此基础上阐明对农民工犯罪倾向性的抑制作用是教育培训带来非货币收益的重要表现,发展农民工教育培训以及联合推进市民化有助于预防城市犯罪问题。Based on the perspective of non-monetary benefits of education and training, this paper empirically analyzes the effect of education and training on criminal proneness and its internal mechanism by using structural equation modeling based on the micro-survey data of migrant workers in Suzhou. The main findings are concluded as following:(1) Education and training have positive effects on citizenization, that is, the higher level of migrant workers education and training, the higher level of citizenization will be.(2) Education and training have negative effects on criminal proneness, that is, the higher level of migrant workers education and training , the lower criminal proneness.(3) Citizenization partial mediates the negative effects of education and training on criminal proneness, that is, in the case of controlling the variables of education and training, the higher level of migrant workers citizenization, the lower criminal proneness.(4) In the structural model, the proportion of mediation effect and direct effect is equal to 41.85% and 58.15%, respectively. On these bases, this paper proves that the reducing effect of education and training on migrant workers criminal proneness is an important manifestation of their non-monetary benefits, which reveals the policy implications of developing education and training for migrant workers and jointly promoting citizenization can prevent urban crime.
