摘　　要：校企合作已成为培养全日制专业学位研究生实践能力的重要途径。校企合作的成效影响着全日制专业学位研究生的实践教学质量。本文从深化校企合作模式,提高全日制专业学位研究生实践能力为出发点,分析校企合作面临的困境,从加强基地建设,提高企业积极性;加强双导师指导机制;完善管理运行机制等方面提出对策与建议。School- enterprise cooperation has become an important way to cultivate the practical ability of full-time professional graduate students, it also affects the quality of practical teaching. Starting from deepening school-enterprise cooperation mode and improving the practical ability of full-time professional graduate students, this paper analyzes problems in school- enterprise cooperation, and offers suggestions such as improving initiative of enterprises by strengthening the base construction, reinforcing the guidance mechanism of double tutors and improving the management operation mechanism.
