创新创业环境下高校大学生勤工助学实践研究

摘　　要：随着我国教育体制改革及素质教育的全面开展,勤工助学成为大学生完成学业的重要环节,帮助当代大学生顺利完成学业,并为就业或创新创业奠定能力基础。文章将对大学生勤工助学理论及其意义进行阐述,并通过大学生勤工助学现状分析出其存在的主要问题,从而提出相应的解决策略。针对大学生勤工助学问题的分析,有助于大学生勤工助学工作的开展,促进该项工作向素质化、育人化的方向发展。With the comprehensive development of China’s education system reform and quality-oriented education, workstudy has become an important link for college students to complete their studies. It will help contemporary college students to complete their studies smoothly, and lay a foundation for employment or innovation and entrepreneurship. This paper analyzes the theory and significance of work-study program for college students, analyzes the main problems of work-study program for college students, and puts forward corresponding solutions. The analysis of work-study for college students is helpful to improve the quality of work-study for college students and promote the development of work-study for college students towards the direction of diathesis and education.
