摘　　要：建立了简单、灵敏、可靠的气相色谱测定食品接触材料中全氟辛酸的分析方法。样品破碎后经甲醇提取,用碳基固体酸作衍生化试剂、二环己基碳二亚胺作为除水剂,将提取的全氟辛酸转化成全氟辛酸甲酯,用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器测定,外标法定量。方法线性关系良好,线性相关系数(R)=0.999 5;在1.0、10.0及100.0 mg·L^-1添加浓度水平下,全氟辛酸回收率为93.7%~108.4%,相对标准偏差小于3%,检出限和定量限分别为0.01 mg·kg^-1和0.05 mg·kg^-1。结果表明,本方法重现性好、准确性高,可用于食品接触材料中全氟辛酸含量的检测。A simple,sensitive and reliable analytical method for determining perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) in the food contact materials by gas chromatographic method was established.Methanol was extracted after the sample was crushed,by using the carbon-based solid acid catalyst as a derivatizing reagent and dicyclohexyl carbodiimide as a dehydrating agent,the extracted perfluorooctanoic acid was converted to methyl perfluorooctanoate,which was measured by gas chromatography with an electron capture detector using external standard method. The linear relationship of this method was good with the linear correlation coefficient (R) equal to 0.999 5.At the added concentration levels of 1.0,10.0 and 100.0 mg·L^-1,the recovery rate of PFOA was 93.7%~108.4%,the relative standard deviation was less than 3%,and the detection limit and limit of quantification were 0.01 mg·kg^-1 and 0.05 mg·kg^-1,respectively.The results indicate that this method has good reproducibility and high accuracy and can be used for the measurement of perfluorooctanoic acid content in food contact materials.
