摘  要:中小学校是法治教育的主阵地之一,肩负着推进全民法治教育的重要职责。特别是道德与法治课程实施后,中小学法治教育水平应该有显著提升。但是,在教育实践中,教师法治教育能力尚显不足,解决的主要策略就是要对教师进行系统的法治教育知识和能力培训,培训要突出对教师教育实践的指导性。Primary and secondary schools are one of the main positions of the rule of law education,and they should shoulder important responsibilities in promoting the rule of law education for all.Especially after the implementation of the course"Morality and Rule of Law",the level of legal education in primary and secondary schools should be significantly improved.However,in the practice of education,teachers’ legal education ability is still insufficient,which is a bottleneck problem to be solved urgently.The main strategy to solve this problem is to train teachers systematically in legal education knowledge and ability,and to give prominence to the guidance of teachers’ educational practice.
