摘 要:以一辆欧Ⅵ重型柴油车为研究对象,在底盘测功机上采用C-WTVC测试循环,研究不同载荷(0,50%,100%)对重型整车瞬态排放的影响。试验采用FTIR直接采样检测NO2、SO2、NH3、HCHO、N2O非常规排放污染物;采用HORIBA全流稀释采样系统检测THC、NOx和PN排放。结果表明,随着载荷的增加,NH3和N2O排放量增加;在市区、公路及高速路况条件下,NH3和N2O排放量依次增加;相同载荷条件下,市区工况的油耗最大,高速路况PN排放最高。The experimental object is a heavy duty vehicle fueled with diesel. The test was carried out on the chassis dynamometer using C-WTVC to study the effects of different loads (0, 50%, 100%) on the transient emissions. The unconventional pollutants NO2,SO2,NH3,HCHO, N2O were detected by FTIR directing system. The THC, NOx and PN emissions were detected by HORIBA full-flow dilution sampling system. The results show that the NH3 and N2O emissions increase with the increase of the load. The NH3 and N2O emissions increase in the order with urban, rural and highway road conditions. Under the same load, the fuel consumption in the city is the largest and the PN emission in the highway road is the highest.
