摘  要:某天线需要将128个Φ4.2mm的连接器、 18条微带板与镀银铝基板进行一体化装配焊接。外协加工过程中由于工艺方法不正确导致产品报废,分析原因,重新为天线的装焊制定工艺方案。采用回流焊接工艺作为改进焊接方案;设计、制作一系列工装保证天线的一体化装配,通过试验逐一验证装配方案的可行性;增加多余物控制及虚焊、短路控制手段,保证天线的高精密装焊。经试验验证,天线的装焊质量及电性能均满足产品设计要求。An certain array of antenna needs to integrate 128 insulators with a diameter of 4 mm and18 Micro-strip Boards with silver-plated aluminum substrate for assembly and welding. The product was discarded due to the incorrect processing method in the process of outsourcing, after analyzing the causes,the process plan for antenna assembly and welding was reset. Reflow welding process was adopted as the improved welding scheme;It was designed and made a series of fixtures to ensure the integrated assembly of the antenna, and which were verified the feasibility of the assembly scheme one by one through the experiment;By increasing the means of surplus control, virtual welding and short circuit control, the welding quality and electrical properties of the antenna met the design requirements.
