园艺疗法改善畸胎引产孕产妇医学应对方式和创伤后成长的随机对照试验

摘　　要：目的:探讨园艺疗法对畸胎引产孕产妇医学应对方式和创伤后成长的改善效果。方法:选择某医院产科住院的畸胎引产孕产妇90例,随机分为园艺疗法组(n=45)和常规对照组(n=45)。常规对照组实施常规护理,园艺疗法组在此基础上实施园艺疗法(每周1次,每次60 min,共6周)。于基线和干预后6周分别采用创伤后成长量表(PTGI)和医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)评估干预效果。结果:干预后6周,园艺疗法组的PTGI、MCMQ各维度得分均高于常规对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:本研究提示园艺疗法能提高畸胎引产孕产妇的医学应对方式,促进其创伤后成长。Objective:To explore the effects of horticultural therapy on medical coping method and posttraumatic growth in primiparas with teratogenic induced labor.Methods:Totally 90 primiparas with teratogenic induced labor who were discharged from a hospital obstetrics department,were randomly divided into the horticultural therapy group(n=45) and the routine control group(n=45).The routine control group received routine prenatal and nursing.On the basis of this,the horticultural therapy group was given horticultural therapy(once a week for 60 min for 6 weeks).The intervention effects were evaluated with the scores of Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI) and Medical Coping Method Questionnaire(MCMQ) at baseline and six weeks after the intervention.Results:Six weeks after the intervention,the scores of all dimensions of PTGI and MCMQ of the horticultural therapy group were higher than the routine control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:This study suggests that horticultural therapy could improve maternal coping strategies and promote posttraumatic growth.
