摘 要:采用压片法研究光触媒和弹性体添加量对聚丙烯膜的透氧性能、力学性能、透光率的影响,探究了复合膜的抗菌性,并采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其结构进行分析;190℃时将光触媒和弹性体与聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混,利用双螺杆流延共挤出制备聚丙烯复合透气膜,以香蕉为例,评价了复合膜的包装保鲜效果。研究结果表明,弹性体添加可提高复合膜的气体透过率,光触媒的添加可赋予复合膜的抗菌性,当弹性体的添加量为7.5%,光触媒配比为1∶15时,薄膜的氧气透过率上升到498.37cc/m^2×d×0.1MPa,提高了40.18%,而膜的拉伸强度由7.3MPa升到7.5MPa,几乎不变,透光率从91.1%降到88.3%,略有小幅度的降低,FT-IR结果表明弹性体和光触媒的添加对膜峰值的影响不大,没有产生新峰,仅物理结构发生了变化;SEM结果表明弹性体和光触媒与PP膜形成了孔洞或微孔结构。所得的弹性体/光触媒/PP复合薄膜能延长对香蕉的贮藏时间,对水果具有一定的保鲜效果。通过光触媒和弹性体对聚丙烯的改性,获得了一种新型的气调包装材料,为薄膜的功能化应用于果蔬贮藏保鲜提供了思路。The effects of the amount of photocatalyst and elastomer on the oxygen permeability, mechanical properties and transmittance of polypropylene film were studied by the compression method. The antibacterial properties of the composite film were investigated, and the structure of the composite film was analyzed by FT-IR and SEM. The polypropylene composite breathable film was prepared by melt blending of photocatalyst and elastomer with polypropylene at 190℃. The packaging effect of the composite film was evaluated with banana as example. The results show that the gas transmittance of the composite membrane could be improved by adding elastomer, and the antibacterial property of the composite membrane could be enhanced by adding photocatalyst. When the addition of elastomer is 7.5% and the photocatalyst ratio is 1∶15, the oxygen transmittance of the film increases to 498.37 cc/m2×d×0.1 MPa, and the tensile strength of the film increases from 7.3 MPa to 7.5 MPa, almost unchanged. The transmittance decreases slightly from 91.1% to 88.3%. The FT-IR result shows that the addition of elastomer and photocatalyst has little effect on the peak values of the film, only the physical structure is changed. SEM results show that the elastomer and photocatalyst form pores or microstructures with PP films. The elastomer/TiO2/PP composite film can prolong the storage time of banana and it has a certain fresh-keeping effect on fruit. Through the modification of polypropylene by photocatalyst and elastomer, a new kind of modified atmosphere packaging material was obtained, which provides a way for the functional application of film in storage and preservation of fruit and vegetable.
