摘　　要：医教协同已成为贯穿医学教育改革的重要理念,医教协同作为一种协同教育机制,具有整合教育主体、优化教育过程、涵养综合素养的功能,在构建过程中要遵循融合性、协调性、动态性原则。基层卓越医学人才培养过程中医教不协同,应从育人平台、教育教学改革、实践教学、质量保障等方面进行探索。Medical-Educational Synergy has become an important concept throughout the reform of medical education. As a collaborative education mechanism, Medical-Educational Synergy has the functions of integrating the main body of education, optimizing the educational process, and cultivating comprehensive qualities. In the construction process, it should follow the principles of integration, coordination and dynamics. In the process of training excellent medical talents at grass-roots level, Medical-Educational Synergy was not well practised. We should explore such aspects as education platform, education and teaching reform, practice teaching and quality assurance.
