摘  要:为研究大范围的双块式无砟轨道离缝对高速行车安全性的影响及其伤损等级评定,基于列车脱轨能量随机分析理论,提出一种无砟轨道典型病害的动力影响评估方法。建立含离缝的高速列车-双块式无砟轨道系统损伤模型,分析不同程度的离缝和车速对此系统横向振动稳定性及其振动响应的影响。研究结果表明:离缝条件下的列车抗脱轨系数随着车速提高而逐渐下降,当车速350km/h和脱空长度5m时,抗脱轨系数1.908,列车安全运行有保障;离缝宽度和长度增加引起车轨系统振动响应增加;车速300km/h及以下,离缝长度不超过5.0m,宽度在1.0~2.0mm时,伤损评定Ⅰ级,维修标准建议Ⅰ级;离缝宽度在2.0mm以上,伤损评定Ⅱ级,维修标准建议Ⅱ级。上述机理和数据可为双块式无砟轨道离缝维修标准制定提供参考。In order to study the influence of large-scale seam within double-block ballastless track on high-speed train driving safety and its damage grade evaluation,a dynamic effect assessment method for typical damage of ballastless track was proposed based on the theory of energy random analysis for train derailment.A damage model of high-speed train and double-block ballastless track system with seam was established.And the influence of different degree of seam and speed on lateral vibration stability of the system was analyzed as well as its vibration response.The results show that the anti-derailment coefficient decreases gradually with the increase of speed under the influence of seam.The anti-derailment coefficient is 1.908 at speed 350 km/h and void length 5 m,which ensures the safe operation of train.The vibration response of rail-track system augments with increased seam width and length.Under the speed 300 km/h,when seam length is less than 5.0 m and the width is between1.0 to 2.0 mm,its damage classification is rated as I,the grade of maintenance standard is recommendedas I;and when the seam width is above 2.0 mm,its damage classification is rated as II,and grade II as maintenance standard is recommended.The mechanism and data above can be provided as a reference of drafting maintenance standard for double-block ballastless track seam.
