摘　　要：项目式教学是运用团队协作、群体压力和有效的指导来完成复杂且具有挑战性的活动的教学模式.文章探讨了《企业战略管理》课程中实施项目式教学模式的重要意义、实施方案和应注意的问题,可以指导《企业战略管理》课程教学,也可以为管理类课程的课堂教学提供借鉴.Project-type teaching is a teaching mode to complete complex and challenging activities through teamwork,group pressure and effective guidance.This paper discusses the significance,implementation plan and problems during the process of implementing the project-type teaching mode,which can guide the teaching process of enterprise strategic management and provide reference for the teaching of other management courses too.
