摘　　要：文章针对新进教师的科研能力和学术水平可能很强,但教学水平和教学能力明显不足的现状,对课程教学的基本环节,如上课前准备工作,课堂教学,课堂管理和课后延伸,同行听课,实验课,常规考核办法,先进的教学设备使用等方面进行了详细的探讨,以此帮助新进教师提高教学水平。This article is aimed at a phenomenon that newly hired teachers are skilled in scientific research and learning,while short of teaching level and teaching ability.The article mainly discusses those methods can be taken on the basic steps of course teaching,such as pre-class preparation,classroom teaching,classroom management and after-class extension,peer lectures,experimental classes,routine examination methods,and advanced teaching equipment use.
