摘　　要：作为卫生检验与检疫专业主干课程的分子生物学检验,其课程内容覆盖广、应用性强,其教学具有很强的操作性和技术性.单纯依靠传统课堂理论课讲授,容易让学生产生消极学习的态度.而"以问题为导向"的PBL教学模式,因其教育理念、教学方法和能力培养效果等方面具有优势,使其在教育教学中不断得到青睐和应用.就PBL教学模式在卫生检验与检疫专业的分子生物学检验教学应用中做一些初探,以期为提高该专业课程的教学质量提供参考.Molecular Biology Test,as the main course of health inspection and quarantine specialty.Its course content is wide,the application is strong,its teaching has the very strong maneuverability and the technical.Relying solely on teachers' traditional classroom theory teaching,it is easy for students to have a negative learning attitude.The "problem-oriented" PBL teaching model has been favored and applied in education and teaching because of its advantages in terms of educational concept,unique teaching methods and ability training effect.This paper makes a preliminary study on the application of PBL teaching mode in the teaching of molecular biology inspection in health inspection and quarantine specialty,in order to improve the teaching of molecular biology in this college.The teaching quality of the course provides reference.
