摘  要:高等职业教育作为中国高等教育中不可或缺的重要组成部分,旨在培养高素质的应用型人才。文章在内涵式发展的背景下,以高等职业院校为例,分析了高职院校语文课程的重要性、定位、理念等内容,并简要阐述了高职院校语文教师专业化成长的内涵及意义,从而以内部和外部两方面来提供语文教师专业化成长的策略。Higher vocational education is an indispensable part of China's higher education.It is generally aimed at cultivating high-quality technical application talents.Under the background of the connotative development of higher education,Chinese teachers in higher vocational colleges insist on people-oriented,promote students' all-round development,and improve their own quality is a positive response to the requirements of connotative development strategy.In the context of connotative development,this paper analyzes the importance,orientation and concept of Chinese curriculum in higher vocational colleges by taking vocational colleges as an example,and briefly expounds the connotation and significance of the professional growth of Chinese teachers in higher vocational colleges.To provide a professional growth strategy for language teachers both internally and externally.
