摘　　要：艰苦奋斗、自力更生的延安精神,是我们党和民族宝贵的精神财富,是我们的传家宝,永远不会过时和僵化。文章深入挖掘延安精神的丰富内涵,帮助学生坚定理想信念,树立正确的创业动机,培养良好的创业心理品质、敢闯敢为的创业精神和较高的思想道德素质,以期提高学生创业的激情和成功的概率。The Yan'an spirit of hard work and self-reliance is the precious spiritual wealth of our Party and nation. It is our heirloom and will never be outdated and rigid.This article explores the rich connotation of Yan 'an spirit,helps students firmly believe in ideals,establishes correct entrepreneurial motives,and cultivates students' good entrepreneurial psychological quality,daring entrepreneurial spirit,and high ideological and moral qualities.In order to improve students 'entrepreneurial passion and success rate.
