摘　　要：文章介绍了湖南省高层次青年科技人才培养情况,分析了湖湘青年的队伍结构,并从指出了湖湘青年科技创新人才培养计划存在的问题,有针对性地提出了加强高层次青年科技人才培养的对策措施。This paper introduced the cultivation of high-level scientific and technological talents in hunan province,ana- lyzed on the team structure of the Huxiang Young Talents,and pointed out the problems in the cultivation plan of Huxiang Young Talents,and put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the cultivation of high-level scientific and technological talents.
