财会专业三元互动“双导师小组论文”模式探析

摘  要:针对目前财会专业毕业论文理论性强而学生实践能力训练较少的现状,从中观层面探析财会专业"双导师小组论文"的实现路径与运行机制。通过构建学校教师、实践导师与学生三元互动的参与主体,融合课程、实习、论文三阶递进的流程设计,以合理性、合规性、适度性的质性要求为出发点,探析了"双导师小组论文"的具体模式。"双导师小组论文"模式的主要特点是三元互动。In accounting major, the theories are profound and the training of students’ practical ability is weak. This paper attempted to explore the realization path and operation mechanism with dual supervisors in guiding students graduation thesis writing of finance and accounting specialty from the medium level. In order to achieve the win-win performance of universities, enterprises and students,this model must have three-level progressive process design of integrated courses, internships and theses, starting from the qualitative requirements of rationality, compliance and appropriateness. It also pointed out that the logical core value of the mode lies in the interactions among the universities,enterprises and students.
