摘 要:北京协和医院利用过程方法改进住院医师规范化培训(以下简称"住培")教学体系,强化了在以往住培教学实践中的评估、分析和改进过程,构建了基于过程方法的计划—实施—检查—措施(plan-do-check-action,PDCA)质量循环。本院对住培的实施状况进行内部的自我评估和外部的专家评估,并使用优势—劣势—机遇—挑战(strengths-weaknesses-opportunities-threats,SWOT)工具对医院的住培评估结果进行分析,最后基于SWOT分析结果提出针对性的改进措施。Teaching evaluation is an important link in the improvement of resident standardized training. In the construction of residential training teaching improvement system, the process method can be fully used. Peking Union Medical College Hospital uses process method to improve residential education, strengthening the assessment, analyzing and improving process in past teaching practice, and building a plan-do-check-action (PDCA) quality cycle based on the process method. The hospital takes internal self-evaluation and external expert evaluation of implement situation, and uses strengths-weaknesses-opportunities-threats (SWOT) tools to analyze the results of residential education evaluation. Finally, based on SWOT analysis results, targeted improvement measures are put forward.
