摘  要:目的探讨基于微视频的教学模式在急危重症护理学教学中的应用效果。方法选择2015级四年制本科护生作为研究对象,采取整群随机抽样方法,将护理(1)班作为试验组,护理(2)班作为对照组。试验组和对照组由相同教师进行授课,使用相同的教材。对照组采用以教师讲授为主的传统方法,试验组采用基于微视频的教学模式,试验结束后,比较2组学生的理论考试成绩和临床急救能力,观察教学效果。结果试验组学生的理论考试成绩(81.01±8.98)分高于对照组(76.00±8.99分);试验组学生的临床急救能力得分高于对照组。结论基于微视频的教学模式优于传统教学模式,能有效提高教学效果,对提高急危重症护理学教学质量有良好的推动作用。Objective To explore the application of microvideo resources in the critical care science.Methods The undergrate students of grade 2015 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into the nursing class one as the experimental group and the nursing class two as the control group.The students of the experimental group and the students of the control group are used the same textbooks.The students of the experimental group and the control were taught by the same teacher,the students of the control group was adopted by the traditional teaching method,and the students of the experimental group was adopted by the teaching method and the microvideo teaching resources the microvideo resources.The teaching effect was observed.Results The scores of theoretical examination in the experimental group(81.01±8.98)were higher than those in the control group(76.00±8.99).The clinical first aid ability score of the experimentanl group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Using the microvideo teaching resources in the critical care science can effectively improve the teaching effect.
