摘  要:临床见习是医学生接受医学教育的重要阶段。现代医学要求培养知识面广、综合素质高的医学人才。单一老师带教的传统模式难以满足现代医学人才培养的要求。多学科联合诊疗(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)是现代医学发展的必然趋势。为了满足医学人才培养的要求,我们尝试将MDT 的模式应用到内科见习教学中,采用多学科联合带教,既打破了各专业学科间的知识壁垒,拓宽了学生的知识面,又有助于他们建立临床思维,进而培养和提高他们的综合能力。文章旨在讨论MDT 带教模式在临床教学实施中存在的一些问题和思考,以及MDT 带教模式在现代医学人才培养中的重要作用和意义。Clinical probation is an important stage for medical students to receive medical education. modern medicine requires training medical talents with broad knowledge and high comprehensive quality. The traditional mode of single teacher teaching is difficult to meet the requirements of modern medical talents training. Multidisciplinary treatment (MDT) is an inevitable trend of the development of modern medicine. In order to meet the training requirements of modern medical talents, we apply the MDT teaching mode in the internal medicine internship. MDT teaching mode not only breaks the knowledge barriers between various professional disciplines, but also helps students to establish a comprehensive knowledge system of clinical. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the problems of MDT teaching mode in clinical teaching and how to do with them, as well as the important role and significance of MDT teaching mode in the cultivation of modern medical talents.
