摘　　要：新工科理念是在分析世界科技革命带来的新变化以及新工科等卓越计划的背景下提出的育人思想,它包括全面、创新、开放、引领。新工科理念融入大学生必修课《思想道德修养与法律基础》,可以更好地巩固马克思主义在高校意识形态领域的指导地位,加深学生对该课程的理解,激发他们建功立业、报效祖国的信心和决心。但目前高校在推进和宣传新工科理念方面还不到位,教师由于缺乏对新工科及新工科理念的认识和理解,融入中也出现表层化问题,导致育人效果不尽理想。《思想道德修养与法律基础》课教师要主动迎接挑战,加强对新工科理念的认识与理解,形成广泛共识,勇于实施教学改革,在学生成长成才路上做好先进思想的指明灯角色。The new engineering concept is an education thought which is put forward under the background of analyzing new changes brought about by the world’s scientific and technological revolution and outstanding projects such as new engineering. It involves inclusiveness, innovation, openness, and guidance. Integrating the new engineering concept into college students’ compulsory course of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis can consolidate Marxism’s guiding position in the ideological field of colleges and universities, deepen the students’ understanding of the course, and stimulate their confidence and determination to make achievements and serve the motherland. But at present, much is left to be desired for colleges and universities to promote and publicize the new engineering concept. Due to the lack of understanding of the new engineering and its concepts, the teachers also have the problem of surface education in the process of integration, which leads to the unsatisfactory effect of education. The course teachers of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis should take the initiative to meet the challenge, strengthen the understanding of the new engineering concept, form a broad consensus, dare to implement the teaching reform, and do a good job of guiding the role of advanced ideas on the way of students growing up and becoming talented.
