统筹城乡职业教育与区域经济联动发展的制度创新

摘　　要：职业教育的目的就是帮助企业培养技术人才,而城乡的职业教育就是为了促进地方经济发展。因此,在教育过程中要重视职业教育与区域经济发展之间的联动关系,为职业教育建立正确的教学目标,为区域经济发展培养针对性的人才,促进区域经济发展。因此,在职业教育中有效结合区域的经济特点,建立正确的教学目标,推动区域经济的有效发展是现在职业教育的重点。The purpose of vocational education is to help enterprises cultivate technical talents, while urban and rural vocational education is to help local economic development. Therefore, in the process of education, we should attach importance to the linkage between vocational education and regional economic development, establish correct teaching objectives for vocational education, train targeted talents for regional economic development, and promote regional economic development. Therefore, effective combination of regional economic characteristics in vocational education, the establishment of correct teaching objectives and the promotion of the effective development of regional economy are the focus of vocational education.
