摘  要:基于老年人修剪脚指甲难这一问题,设计了一款脚趾甲自动修剪机构,运用曲柄摇杆机构实现了贴合脚趾甲的圆弧运动曲线;通过适宜的速度传动机构的设计,减少了动力源的设计;通过调节磨刀的转速,保证老人有最舒适的体验;利用虚拟样机技术对初始机构进行了运动学仿真分析,提出了几种优化方案,拟定了运动的循环过程,并完成了主要机构的分析和计算。机构具有磨刀速度适中、振动小等优点,符合老年人的需求。Based on the problem that it is difficult for the elderly to trim their toenails, a type of automatic manicure mechanism for toenails is designed in this paper, which uses the crank rocker mechanism to achieve the circular motion curve of the toenail;design for power source is reduced through designing appropriate speed transmission mechanism;the most comfortable experience for the elderly could be ensured by adjusting the rotating speed of the sharpening knife. The kinematics simulation analysis of the initial mechanism is carried out by using the virtual prototype technology;several optimization schemes are proposed;the cyclic process of the movement is formulated;analysis and calculation of the major institutions are completed. The mechanism has the advantages of moderate sharpening speed and low vibration, which meets the needs of the elderly.
