摘　　要：目的建立用气相色谱质谱联用仪快速检测白酒中常见的15种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物含量的方法。方法用正己烷直接提取白酒中的邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物,先超声3 min,加入正己烷,离心后取上清液直接进样分析。结果 15种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物峰形好,响应值高,能够很好的分离,最低检出限为0.003 mg/L^0.01 mg/L,加标回收率为78.4%~94.6%,精密度为3.8%~7.3%。结论本方法能快速对白酒中的邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物进行测定,且灵敏度、重现性良好,准确度和精密度较高,可用于实际检测分析。Objective To establish a method for the determination of 15 phthalate esters ( PAEs) in liquors by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods Phthalate esters in liquor were extracted directly with n-hexane. The supernatant was directly injected into liquor after 3 minutes of ultrasonic treatment,adding n-hexane and centrifugation. Results The 15 phthalate compounds had good peak shape,high response value and good separation. The minimum detection limit was within 0. 003 mg /L-0. 01 mg /L,and the recoveries were within 78. 4%-94. 6%. RSD was within 3. 8%-7. 3%. Conclusion This method can quickly determine plasticizer in liquor,the experimental results showed high sensitivity,good reproducibility,high accuracy and precision,and can be used in the analysis of actual testing.
