摘　　要：文章介绍了阅读学分制的背景,界定了阅读学分制的概念,从学分设置、考核办法、认定机构三方面对高校阅读学分制建设的现状进行分析,提出将阅读学分制作为鼓励性而非强制性制度、保持阅读学分制的完整性和独立性、多种考核办法结合、将阅读学分制作为阅读教育的一部分等四项建议。This paper introduces the background of reading credit system,defines the concept of reading credit system,analyzes the current situation of reading credit system construction in colleges and universities from the three aspects of credit setting,assessment methods and accreditation institutions,and proposes to make reading credits as encouraging rather than mandatory,to maintain the integrity and independence of the reading credit system,to combine multiple assessment methods,and to regard the reading credits system as part of reading education.
