摘 要:分析了影响玉露香梨贮藏保鲜的主要因素,从物理保鲜和化学保鲜2个方面综述了我国玉露香梨保鲜的研究现状,展望了玉露香梨保鲜的研究方向,可为我国玉露香梨产业的发展提供参考借鉴。In this the paper, main factors influencing quality of Yuluxiang pear during the storage and preservation were analyzed, and introduced the application status of postharvest storage methods of Yuluxiang pear including physical, chemical methods. The feasible research directions were prospected, which could provide subservient references for storage of Yuluxiang pear in the future.
