摘 要:为开发新型天然烟用香料,分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法、常温超声1,3-丙二醇萃取法、乙醇回流法和超临界CO2萃取法对荆芥穗进行提取,分别得到提取物JJS-1、JJS-2、JJS-3和JJS-4。对四种方法得到的提取物进行了卷烟加香实验。结果表明:JJS-2与JJS-4均具有降低卷烟烟气干燥感和刺激性,改善烟气口感舒适度的作用,但是,JJS-4与JJS-2相比烟气丰满度有明显提高。对JJS-2与JJS-4进行进一步GC-MS分析和比较,结果表明:常温超声1,3-丙二醇萃取法得到的JJS-2中共鉴定出22种化合物,而超临界CO2萃取法得到的JJS-4中共鉴定出41种化合物。此外,JJS-4中胡薄荷酮和薄荷酮含量也更高。In order to develop a new type of natural tobacco flavor,the spikes of Schizonepetae tenuifolia Briq.were extracted by steam distillation,ultrasonic method,heating reflux extraction and supercritical CO2 fluid extraction,JJS-1,JJS-2,JJS-3 and JJS-4 were obtained,respectively.They were applied in cigarette to subject to the flavoring experiment.The results of sensory evaluation showed that both JJS-2 and JJS-4 had the effects of reducing the dryness and irritation of cigarette,and improving the comfort of smoke.However,comparing with JJS-2,the JJS-4 showed more fullness for the cigarette.Further analytical results of JJS-2 and JJS-4 by GC-MS showed that 22 components were identified in JJS-2(ultrasonic method),41 components were identified in JJS-4(supercritical CO2 fluid extraction).In addition,the contents of pulegone and menthone in JJS-4 were also higher.
