摘　　要：本文分析了我国高等继续教育旅游管理专业教学资源存在的问题,研究了解决方案,提出要从准确定位专业人才培养目标出发,确定专业基本要求,构建专业课程体系,建设共享型教学资源库,并初步提出了其运行管理机制,使学习资源得到充分的展示与使用,可提高教师的教学设计能力、教学质量监控能力与学生的学习效果,有助于院校之间更好的实现资源的共建共享。The problems and solutions in the teaching resources in higher and continuing education in China were studied. It was proposed that setting accurate talents training objectives and determining the basic requirements of tourism major. A professional curriculum system was build for shared teaching resource library.The operational mechanism of the shared teaching resource library was proposed. And the teaching resources were fully utilized. Then the teaching skill of teachers and learning ability of students were improved. Therefor, the teaching resources will be shared among the various educational institutions.
