摘  要:实践教学是实现理论知识与实践能力相结合的桥梁和纽带,对于发展学生实践能力、培养创新能力和提高综合素养发挥着重要作用。地方高校农林经济管理专业的实践教学质量面临着评价指标体系不完善、监控体系缺乏有效性、文化氛围不浓厚、教学师资力量不足、教学基地建设滞后、质量信息反馈机制不健全等困境。农林经济管理专业的实践教学质量困境突破策略有:健全实践教学质量评价体系,构建质量监控体系,营造实践教学质量文化,培育复合型师资队伍,加强实验室和实践基地建设,完善实践教学质量信息处理及反馈系统。Practical teaching is a bridge and link to realize the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical ability. The quality of practical teaching plays an important role in developing students' practical ability, cultivating their innovative ability and improving their comprehensive quality. The practical teaching quality of agriculture and forestry economic management specialty in local universities is faced with such problems as imperfect evaluation index system, lack of effectiveness of monitoring system and cultural atmosphere, insufficient teaching staff, lagging construction of teaching base and imperfect feedback mechanism of quality information. The strategies for solving the problems of practical teaching quality in the specialty include: perfecting the evaluation system of practical teaching quality, constmcting the quality monitoring system, creating the culture of practical teaching quality, developing the compound teaching staff, strengthening the construction of laboratories and practice bases, and improving the information processing and feedback system of practical teaching quality.
