地方院校定向培养军队人才教育模式实践

摘　　要：2012年党的"十八大"提出军民融合战略,2017年党的"十九大"作出军民融合向深度与广度推进战略部署,这充分体现党中央对军民融合的高度重视。依托地方院校进行定向培养士官培养就是走军民融合发展战略的重要举措之一。定向培养士官就是依托地方院校特色专业和优势专业,采取"2.5+0.5"培养模式,贴近部队、贴近需求和贴近实战,为部队培养新时代急需的高素质、复合创新型士官人才,因此,地方院校定向培养士官又被誉为专科层次的"国防生"。五年来,重庆机电职业技术学院为培养优秀的定向培养士官,针对定向培养士官学员的特点,在教育、教学和日常管理等方面,夯实思想基础、坚定从军信念、强化教学与专业技能训练以及培养其良好的军人作风,成为提高定向培养士官综合素质的有效途径。The 18 th National Congress of the CPC proposed the strategy of defense and civilian technologies integration in 2012, and the 19 th National Congress of the CPC made a strategic plan of promoting the integration of defense and civilian technologies further deeply and widely, which fully reflects the Party central committee’s high attention to the integration of defense and civilian technologies. Relying on local colleges and universities to train non-commissioned officers is one of the important measures to implement the developmental strategy of integration of defense and civilian technologies. The so-called targeted cultivation of non-commissioned officers means that local colleges and universities, through making use of their characteristic and dominant specialties and adopting a "2.5+0.5" training model, cultivate high-quality compound innovative petty officers needed urgently in the New Era for troops in a way of being close to the army, close to demand and close to actual combat.Therefore,the targeted training of non-commissioned officers in local colleges and universities is also known as "national defense students" at the level of junior college student. Since five years ago, in view of the characteristics of the cadets undergoing targeted training Chongqing Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Technology has been trying to consolidate their ideological foundation, make firm their belief in joining the army, strengthen their teaching and professional skills training and cultivate their good military style in the aspects of education, teaching and daily management in order to cultivate them into excellent cadets, and such a practice has become an effective path to greatly improve the comprehensive quality of the cadets who undergo targeted cultivation.
