摘　　要：我国当前职业院校培养的人才与企业实际需求的人才规格存在着一定的差距。缩小这一差距,使职业院校培养的学生按照企业的要求量身定做,既使企业满意,又使学生学到真正的本领,已成为当前职业院校改革的一个议题。以汽车营销与服务专业为例,以现代学徒制为核心,以职业经理人理念为大方向对高职教育过程中现代学徒制人才培养模式进行探索,以期全面提高职业院校的教学水平和学生的综合素质。There is a certain gap between the current vocational schools of cultivating talents and the enterprise actual demand of talents specifications. Narrow the gap, make the vocational schools to cultivate students is designed according to the requirement of the enterprise, both satisfy the enterprise and make the students learn the real ability, has become an issue of the reform of the current vocational school. Taking automobile marketing and professional services as example, modern apprentice system as the core, with professional manager concept as the direction, exploring the higher vocational education in the process of modern apprenticeship training mode fully improve the school s teaching level and student comprehensive quality.
