摘  要:介紹了液压支架的各种姿态以及造成液压支架姿态变化的原因,设计了基于机器视觉的液压支架姿态角度测量系统的硬件结构,分析了测量系统软件中各模块的运行流程,并设计了10组实验测量液压支架的航向角、横向角和俯仰角,通过对比实验结果与设定值,验证了该测量系统的准确性和可靠性。Introduced the various attitudes of the hydraulic support and the causes of the change of the hydraulic support attitude. The hardware structure of the hydraulic support attitude angle measurement system based on machine vision was designed. The operation flow of the measurement system software program was analyzed. 10 sets of experiments were designed. The heading angle, lateral angle and pitch angle of the hydraulic support were measured. The accuracy and reliability of the measurement system were verified by comparing the experimental results with the set values.
