摘　　要：针对目前煤矿井下钻孔设备效率低、施工人员劳动强度大、人工操作频繁、安全隐患大等情况,研制了一套能够自动施钻、自动上下钻杆、自动防卡钻的劳动强度小、操作安全的ZYWL-3200SY煤矿用全自动钻机。全自动钻机由自动上下钻杆系统、动力头、对顶双加持器、提升调斜机构等组成。经现场工业试验表明,该自动钻机能实现一键全自动施工,工作稳定可靠,尤其适合应用于高危作业环境下的钻孔施工。Aiming at the low efficiency of drilling equipment, high intensity of labor for workers, frequent manual operation, high safety risk, developed a set of ZYW L-3200SY fully automatic drilling rig which can drill automatically, loading and unloading drill pipes, preventing sticking automatically, working intensively and operate safely. The automatic drilling rig consists of an automatic loading and unloading drill pipe system, a power head, a counter-top dual holder and a lifting and inclination adjusting mechanism. The field industrial test shows that the automatic drilling machine can realize one key to full-automatic construction and work steadily and reliably. It is especially suitable for drilling construction in high-risk working environment.
