摘  要:目的研究CT/MRI的多项图像后处理技术在神经外科本科生临床见习教学的价值与优势。方法收集2018年1月-2019年1月在四川大学华西医院医院神经外科见习的80名临床医学5年级医学生,随机分为两组,实验组在标准化见习带教中使用CT/MRI的多项图像后处理技术替代传统影像资料进行授课,对照组在标准化见习带教中使用传统影像资料进行授课。通过比较两组出科理论考试、病案分析成绩量化教学收益,并通过出科学生问卷调查反馈两组教学方式的教学体验与接受程度。结果在理论考试与病案分析能力成绩和平均总成绩方面,实验组均高于对照组,出科考试成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,问卷调查提示,实验组学生在激发学习兴趣、强化基础知识掌握、对教学直观性、灵活性以及所接受的教学模式满意率方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用CT/MRI的多项图像后处理技术可弥补既往神经外科本科生临床见习教学中理论教学上的缺陷,直观、形象化地指导学生复习神经系统生理和病理基础知识、学习典型疾病的诊治过程,加深对神经解剖、功能、基本疾病的认识,获得良好教学效果。实践说明,现代影像学先进的图像后处理技术是提高神经外科本科生临床实习教学质量的优良手段。Objective To study the value and advantages of CT/MRI image post-processing technology on clinical practice teaching for undergraduates in Neurosurgery. Method From January 2018 to January 2019,totally 80 clinical undergraduate students (Grade 5 of 5-year program) who were probated in neurosurgery department of West China Hospital,Sichuan University were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group used CT/MRI multi-imaging post-processing technology instead of traditional imaging in standardized internship teaching,while the control group used traditional imaging in standardized internship teaching.We assessed the educational efficiency in two groups by comparing the theoretical examination and case analysis scores,and we further evaluated their feedback of teaching experience and acceptance through a questionnaire survey. Results In terms of theoretical examination and case analysis ability,the experimental group had higher scores than the control group (the difference had statistically significance,P <0.05).In addition,the questionnaire survey indicated that the scores of learning interest,the grasp of basic knowledge,learning intuition,teaching flexibility and satisfaction in experimental group were significant higher than the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of multi-imaging post-processing technology of CT/MRI could fill the limitation for undergraduate probation in the traditional clinic practice teaching on neurosurgery.It can directly and visually guide students to review the basic knowledge of neurological physiology and pathology and to learn the diagnosis and treatment of typical diseases.The process deepens the understanding of neuroanatomy,function,and basic diseases,and achieves good teaching results.Practical fact shows that the advanced CT/MR image post-processing technology of modern imaging is an excellent means to improve the quality of clinical practice teaching for undergraduates in neurosurgery.
