摘  要:针对"工匠精神"培育中存在的主要问题,归纳了高职教育中"工匠精神"的主要含义,在高职人才培养理念、课程体系、教学实施、现代学徒制、师资队伍、校园文化等方面分析了"工匠精神"培育的途径.依据上述途径,给出了在特定专业培育高职学生"工匠精神"的实际案例,对同类院校的教学实施有借鉴意义.Against the background of the declining quality of students in higher vocational colleges, this paper summarizes the main problems of craftsman spirit in higher vocational education, and analyzes the approaches of craftsman spirit cultivation from the aspects of the concept of craftsman spirit cultivation, the curriculum system of craftsman spirit cultivation, teaching implementation, modem apprenticeship system, teaching staff and campus culture. Based on the above approaches, this paper presnets the practical cases of cultivating the craftsman spirit of higher vocational students in specific majors, which is of reference significance for the teaching implementation of similar colleges.
