摘 要:课堂录像“慕课化”是高校资源开放共享的有力手段,也是可行且相对高效的慕课建设模式,但这需要找到一种合理有效的工作路径来支持对课堂录像进行标准化和规模化的转型。为此,北京大学助教建设型MOOC项目综合分析已有实践与相关研究,在工作实践中不断探索,最终提出了一套课堂录像“慕课化”的工程化方法,具体包括成果驱动的学习型工作流程以及精细化的过程性质量控制手段。成果驱动的学习型工作流程包括五轮学习,是以明确的阶段成果为驱动的有序合理的工作过程。过程性质量控制手段是在成果驱动的学习型工作流程中,通过培训课程、过程指导以及阶段成果抽查评估来实施质量控制。实施这套工程化方法的重要条件是,选择合适的课程、组建合适的团队和选用合适的工作标准,实践过程中也需要灵活处理标准化和个性化之间的关系。该套方法能够较好地支持规模化工作,充分发挥学生助教的作用,在保障课程质量的基础上有效提高工作效率,减少教师的工作量。其实践经验为其他高校利用已有课堂录像建设慕课提供了具体的方法和工作模式,为优质教学资源充分共享和开放提供了可借鉴的思路。MOOC production based on the classroom videotaping is not only an effective measure to open and share high-quality educational resources, but also a feasible and efficient construction mode of MOOC. However, it is necessary to propose a reasonable and effective working path to carry out the standardization and scale development of classroom videotaping. In this case, an engineering method in MOOC production based on the classroom videotaping is put forward by the Peking University’s teaching assistant construction MOOC project, including the outcome-driven workflow through learning and an elaborative process quality assurance. The outcome-driven learning workflow consists of five learning cycles, which is an orderly and reasonable working process driven by clear milestones. The process quality assurance refers to the quality control through training courses, on-going guidance, and stage evaluation in the outcome-driven learning workflow. The important conditions for implementing this engineering method are to choose the right course, set up the right team and establish the right work standards, and in addition, the relationship between standardization and personalization also needs to be dealt deliberately in practice. This method can well support the large-scale work, and meanwhile give full play to the role of student assistants, to effectively improve work efficiency, reduce the workload of teachers and ensure the quality of the course. The practical experience of this engineering method provides a specific working concept and procedure for other universities to product MOOC by applying the existing classroom videotaping, which provides reference for the open and sharing of quality teaching resources.
