摘　　要：良好的人才培养方案对于应用型本科院校培养具有高素质应用能力人才起着纲领性作用。该文以广西科技师范学院汽车服务工程专业人才培养方案制定为例,围绕服务地方和行业需求及贴切学校学生实际,从培养目标和培养要求等方面进行了深入阐述分析,对新建地方本科院校相近专业的应用型本科人才培养模式改革研究具有一定参考意义。A good talent training program plays a programmatic role in training high-quality applied talents in Applied Undergraduate Colleges and universities.Taking the personnel training plan of automobile service engineering specialty of Guangxi Normal University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper elaborates and analyses the training objectives and requirements from the aspects of serving the local and industrial needs and adapting to the actual situation of schools and students,which has certain reference significance for the research on the reform of Applied undergraduate personnel training mode of similar specialties in Newly-established Local Undergraduate colleges.
