摘　　要：近年来,高职院校大学生成人仪式迅速发展,但依然存在缺乏系统性,内容和形式都较为单一的问题,并未达到理想的效果。从管理者角度来说,要加强对高职院校大学生成人仪式重视力度,将成人仪式纳入高校教育体系。从高职院校大学生自身来说,要端正态度,正确认识成人仪式。从社会层面来说,营造良好的社会氛围,构筑学校、家庭、社会统一的网络体系。In recent years,coming-of-age ceremony of college students in higher vocational colleges have developed rapidly.but It was still not systematic,content and form were relatively single,and it has not achieved the desired results.From the perspective of administrators,we should pay more attention to the coming-of-age ceremony of college students in higher vocational colleges and bring it into the higher education system.From the higher vocational college students themselves,they should correct attitude and correctly understand ceremony.From the social level,we should build a good social atmosphere and a unified network system of school,family and society.
