全国大学生广告艺术大赛对本科生创新创业能力培养的影响研究——以沈阳农业大学为例

摘  要:根据我国高校本科教育适用国家对人才培养的要求,就全国大学生广告艺术大赛,对沈阳农业大学286名在校生进行创新创业能力调研分析.调查发现:学生普遍认可竞赛对其创新创业能力的培养与促进,专业指导和培训可以帮助学生树立信心、把握方向.建议引导学生有意识、有针对性地锻炼、提高创新创业能力,加强竞赛与教学及实践环节的互相融合和互相促进,构建多渠道、多维度的创新创业能力培养体系,增强学校的人才培养优势,促进"双创"理念的落地生根和社会经济的共赢发展.In view of the national requirements for talent cultivation applicable to undergraduate education in Chinese universities, this paper did some research and analysis among 286 students to improve students’ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship during school education from Shenyang Agricultural University, for the national college students advertising competition. The survey found that students generally recognized the cultivation and promotion of their innovation and entrepreneurship ability by competitions. Professional guidance and training could help students build confidence and lead their direction. This paper suggested to guide students to exercise consciously and pertinently, improving their innovation and entrepreneurship ability, strengthening the integration and promotion of competition, teaching and practice, and building a multi-channel and multi-dimensional innovation and entrepreneurship ability training system, in order to strengthen its talent cultivation advantages and to promote the implementation and root of the concept of entrepreneurship and innovation and the win-win development of social economy.
