陕西省秦东地区教师素质教育现状调查与分析

摘　　要：实施素质教育是提高国民素质,培养创新型人才的战略措施。本文通过对陕西省秦东地区教师素质教育实施情况进行调查发现:社会意识,招生考试,评价体系,择校录取及师资匮乏等方面限制了秦东地区素质教育的发展,究其根本原因在于秦东地区对教师的评价体系的不完善和地区的发展不平衡等。针对目前素质教育的实施情况,以求实的眼光提出了秦东地区实施素质教育的方法及措施。Implementing quality education is a strategic measure to improve the quality of the people and cultivate innovative talents. This paper investigates the implementation of teacher quality education in QinDong area of Shaanxi Province. It was found that social consciousness, admission examination, evaluation system, admission to schools and lack of teachers limit the development of quality education in QinDong area. The imperfections in the evaluation system of teachers in the eastern region and the imbalance in the development of the region. In view of the current implementation of quality education, the methods and measures for implementing quality education in QinDong area are proposed with a realistic vision.
