摘　　要：本文主要研究了苏州高职院校人工智能行业人才的培养,首先结合研究背景确立研究目标,然后按照四个阶段对课题进行深入研究,研究过程中重视与相关企业的联系与调研,充分了解具体岗位的技能要求,最后分析得出高职院校人工智能人才的培养目标和教学内容。This paper mainly studies the cultivation of talents in AI industry in Suzhou Vocational Colleges. Firstly,it establishes the research objectives according to the research background. Then, it carries out in-depth research on the subject in four stages. In the process of research, it pays attention to the connection and investigation with relevant enterprises, fully understands the technical requirements of specific posts, and finally comes to the conclusion of the analysis of Higher Vocational colleges.
