摘  要:住院医师规范化培训工作是培养有独立医学思辨能力、掌握现代医学规范和技能、富有人文情怀的合格医者的重要环节和必经之路,而住院医师规范化培训评估工作是推动住培工作健康有序发展的重要抓手。笔者对2016~2018年全国18家口腔全科专业基地的现场评估中发现的问题进行回顾和反思,特别是对师资培训、师资评价、激励制度、教学主任、轮转计划、临床教学质量、技能操作或手术带教情况、病历书写、技能操作或手术等核心评估指标存在的问题进行总结分析,并提出一些建议。针对在住培评估中发现的问题,必须从思想上充分认识到重视住培工作的必要性和重要性。在实践中,我们不仅要注重住培学员的学习与培训,同时,培训基地更要切实落实国家和地方给予住培学员的待遇。The standardized residency training is important and the only way to train qualified doctors who have independent medical thinking abilities,master modern medical standards and skills,and have profound humanistic feelings.The evaluation of standardized residency training is an important starting point to promote healthy and orderly development of residency training.We evaluated 18 standardized training centers of Stomatology on site nationwide in 2016-2018.We listed the problems we found during the evaluation,especially in terms of teacher training,teacher evaluation,incentive systems,teaching directors,rotation plans,clinical teaching qualities,teaching for operational or surgical skills,medical records writing and residents’surgical skills.We summarized and analyzed the problems existing in the core evaluation indexes and put forward some suggestions.In view of the problems found during the evaluation of residency training,we must fully recognize the necessity and importance of residency training work.In practice,we should not only pay attention to the learning and training of the residents,but also implement the national policy for the benefits of the residents.
