摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是眼科专科医师培训的必备前提和平台,为专科医师将来从业奠定良好基础。本文从海南省眼科住院医师规范化培训现状分析入手,提出了完善眼科住院医师规范化培训的管理模式和实施方案,为探索适合的培养与准入模式提供理论参考依据。具体措施包括制订眼科临床培养方案,开展入科教育培训,坚持履行病例讨论,通过规范临床教学查房来提高实践教学质量,重视眼科手术技能基本功训练,重视加强教学管理的有效性,建立完善考核制度等,使眼科学专业住培学员在临床轮转学习时达到住院医师规范化培训要求的水平。全面提升眼科住院医师素质,培养高质量的眼科住院医师,为中国国家医疗改革制度深入推进分级诊疗的落实、为基本医疗服务提供眼科学可用之才发挥一定的引领作用。The standardized residency training is the prerequisite and platform for the training of ophthalmologists.Based on the analysis of standardized residency training of ophthalmology in Hainan province,this study proposed some measures to improve the management and implementation scheme of standardized residency training for ophthalmologists.Specific training programs were designed to focus on the fundamental training in ophthalmology and refine the learning objectives.The key measures included developing ophthalmic clinical training programs,carrying out department-entrance education and training,organizing case discussions at regular intervals improving teaching quality in clinical practice by standardizing teaching rounds and emphasizing on basic skills training in ophthalmic surgery.More attention should be paid to strengthening the efficiency of teaching management and improving the examination system.Through the above measures,the clinical skills of ophthalmic residents should be increased rapidly during the rotation and reach the training standards.Through these series of measures,it’s possible to improve ophthalmic residents’qualities and eventually train more ophthalmologists of high-quality.This plays a leading role in providing available talents for basic medical services,in order to further promote the national medical reform and implement hierarchical medical system.
