摘　　要：公共艺术是指可以依托任何媒介进行创作,放置于公共空间,面向公众开放的艺术作品。将公共艺术融入文化旅游项目发展,能够丰富文化旅游元素,提升文化旅游项目独特性和质量,体现了文化旅游项目发展模式的创新。以盘锦市为例,探讨将公共艺术融入当地特色文化旅游项目发展的创新过程、创作产品和效果评价。"盘锦模式"为公共艺术与文化旅游融合发展提供了理论与经验指导,同时提供了文化旅游创新发展的新思路。Public art refers to works of art that can be created on any medium, placed in public space, and open to the public. Integrating public art into the development of cultural tourism projects can enrich cultural tourism elements and enhance the uniqueness and quality of cultural tourism projects, which reflects the innovation of cultural tourism project development models. By taking Panjin city as an example, this paper explores upon the innovation process, creation of products and effect evaluation of integrating public art into the development of local unique cultural tourism. This Panjin model provides experience and theoretical guidance for the integration of public art and cultural tourism, and also offers the new trend of cultural tourism innovation and development.
